Dear Customer, 

With the current situation, we will only be making contactless ( to the doorstep) deliveries. Please provide recipients phone numbers so our drivers can call before delivery

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd party.

Delivery options

Office hours: Monday - Friday 9.30am - 2.30pm

Same day – Not currently available

Next Day  - Order before 12pm if next day delivery is required

Delivery areas:
Twickenham, Teddington, Hampton, Bagshot, Lightwater, Windlesham, Camberley.

 

Cancellation of orders

 

Cancellation of orders must be made at least 3 Days before date of delivery.
A 10% admin charge will be levied for cancellations.

 

A 50% charge will be levied for cancellations ( less than 3 days notice ) at the management’s discretion

 

Non-delivery due to incorrect details will be treated as order withheld and no refund will be made. However, you will be contacted to make an alternative arrangement.

Substitution

 

Nix Flower Studio reserves the right to substitute any item in an arrangement with another of equal or higher value depending on stock availability.

 

While it is our desire to fulfill the exact order as pictured, certain seasonal flowers, coloured materials, baskets or vases may be replaced with new stocks at times, subject to availability.

Exchanges / Refunds

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

Please be informed that all complaints must be made within 24 hours of delivery for full replacement or refund of the purchase price should the product or services be found to be defective in terms of workmanship or quality.

We guarantee seven days* of freshness for your flowers and plants from the date of delivery. If any flowers arrive damaged, die or wilt within seven days* of delivery you should contact us and we will arrange a replacement of the flowers, deliver them to you free of charge and collect the damaged/wilting ones.

We will inspect all Products returned to us as faulty or damaged. If we discover that they are not faulty or damaged we may recharge you for the Products and the costs incurred by us.
